Sandy has over 20 years global experience as a coach, leader, manager, and consultant in Fortune 500 companies. Her consulting and facilitation expertise is focused on allowing leaders, teams and organizations to work less and get more results.

Sandy’s work in the area of executive coaching, team alignment, values assessment and breakthrough leadership has earned her the reputation of being the person to have in the room to ask THE question that will make the difference.

Sandy has presented to more than 18,000 business professionals around the world. Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, HR Magazine, Training Magazine, Working Mother Magazine and Executive Female. Sandy has worked with global leaders, teams and organizations in a wide range of industries (manufacturing, government, financial services, retail, and service).

Sandy is an author of a book series published by Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM). The book series addresses the issue of working differently in a virtual work environment. Sandy is also a certified consultant for Barrett Values Center cultural assessment.

Sandy is a graduate of Central CT State University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and received her Masters in Human Resources from Harford Graduate Center.
